This dip, which can also be used as a dressing, takes literally one minute to make, and it’s delicious! You can eat it together with a simple tomato salad, with chickpeas, with chicken breast, with grilled salmon, or any raw veggies.
Organic, full-fat Greek yogurt is the best yogurt for this dip. It is creamy and has a great taste. Then, if you have fresh thyme, you’ve got a winner!
Serves 2 – Prep. time 1 mn.
1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl, put the Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with the thyme, the salt, and drizzle with the olive oil.
You can serve this dip with sliced tomatoes sprinkled with a pinch of chopped basil and seasoned with sea salt and olive oil.
