How to Work With Me
I use the power of functional nutrition to help women overcome IBS, SIBO and other chronic digestive conditions so they can experience relief, feel lighter and get their power back.
If you’ve been given a diagnosis like IBS, Crohn, leaky gut or SIBO or you have been struggling with digestive symptoms such as constipation, reflux, bloating, gas, and you haven’t been able to find the support you need, you’ve come to the right place.
As you probably already know, healing the gut can be a tricky journey of trial and error and experimentation. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and with the right help and a strong desire to get better, you can get there.
Q. How do you conduct sessions?
A. All consultations are completed by video, using Skype, Zoom or Whatsapp video calls.
Q. Do you work with interstate and overseas clients?
A. Absolutely. I have international clients from 3 continents.
Q. Which type of clients do you work with?
A. I work with clients who are committed to restoring their health. They want to learn more about their body so that they can take control of their own health and healing long term. They are willing to make the necessary changes and investment required to improve their health. They may have tried other approaches that haven’t worked for them.
Q. What kind of conditions do you help with?
A. My focus is in restoring balance to the systems of the body (hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification and intestinal barrier) by assisting with symptoms and conditions such as: bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, gas, fatigue, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD), or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
Q. How long do I need to work with you?
A. This varies and is dependent on things like how acute your symptoms are, how chronic your condition is, etc. We will assess this on an individual basis and ensure that it suits your needs. For most clients, we will work together over a 3 to 6-month period. For longer term, chronic issues, healing the gut and restoring balance to the systems of the body can take anywhere from 6 to 12+ months.

“Before working with Anne, I had the following symptoms: stomach pain after a meal with carbs, itching, chronic fatigue, disturbed sleep, constipation and diarrhea, bloating, puffy face, heavy legs, problems with blood flow.
