This is a highly refreshing fruit salad packed with nutrients. It can be eaten as a dessert or an afternoon snack.
I really like the combination of these sweet and sour fruits, plus they are colorful and will bring the sun in your kitchen on a rainy day!
Serves 4 – Total time 10 min
1 medium mango
2 kiwifruits
½ large pomegranate
1 pear
Peel and cut mango and pear in cubes.
Peel kiwifruits and cut in small pieces.
Peel pomegranate and take seeds out.
Combine all fruits in a salad bowl and chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
