I started cooking and gardening when I was 6 years old. I grew up between the kitchen and the garden. And I have a real passion for cooking.
Traveling around the world and living in different countries enabled me to discover new flavors and cooking techniques from all over the planet.
This is what I am sharing with you here. I have organized the recipes into categories to make it easier for you to find plenty of delicious recipes for the whole family.
To cook the recipes, choose natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives as much as you can; plant foods grown without chemicals or pesticides, and foods from animals raised without hormones and antibiotics.
If you have access and can afford natural products (most of the time they will be labelled organic), go for it!
