The digestive system is the #1 place to look at when we want to either be and stay healthy, or lose weight.
I can’t tell you how many times losing weight, having better skin, getting rid of pain comes down to fixing the gut, first. I’ve seen it over and over.
Many women dismiss the 20 following signs as unimportant and not worth of their attention.
Note: it often seems to me that women have been taught to kind of suffer in silence, because “you can’t put yourself first”, “this is nothing”, “many people are worse off than you are, you can’t complain”, and so on.
Bu the following signs are just the language of your body, which is trying to catch your attention so you can take care of it better.
It’s sending you pains, gas, bloating, poop issues, pimples, bad moods…hoping you’ll catch the signal and change something.
So, here are 20 signs your body is asking for help (there are more but these are the most common ones when it comes to the digestive system):
- Bad breath
- Bad taste in your mouth
- Bloated stomach
- Too much gas
- Feeling lousy after a meal
- Overeating (not emotional)
- Not feeling hungry (and not eating much)
- Feeling full very quickly
- Sensitive to more and more foods
- Skin breaking out easily
- Poop issues
- Gut pain
- Noises in your tummy
- Low moods
- Chronic stress
- Medications and/or antibiotics
Any of those and it means you need to do something, change something, in your diet and/or your lifestyle (mainly sleep, exercise, stress).
Try to do your own assessment and take action!
If you want, we can also explore this together.
Helping women with their digestion issues is one of my strengths as a nutritionist.
Together we can look at your diet (food and drinks), portion sizes, stomach acid production, gut health and overall lifestyle.
From there we make a plan, I support you and cheer you up, and after just a few weeks you start getting great results.
For many of them we worked on their digestion and “miracles” happened!
Maybe I can do some magic for you, too! 🙂
